Why a payout request gets denied

Every denial names the exact failed check. There is no discretionary 'risk desk review' denial and no reason code that isn't listed here.

Denial reasonThe fix
Cycle gate not metHit the profit goal (Pro / Direct) or finish the profitable-days count (Flex), then re-request.
Below the $500 minimumGrow cycle profit past the minimum, or request a larger amount.
Consistency cap exceededAdd green days until your best day dilutes under the cap. Nothing is lost — only delayed.
Amount over your cycle capRe-request at or under the cap; the remainder stays banked for next cycle.
KYC incompleteFinish verification from your profile — first payout only.
Account not in good standingA breach or open conduct review blocks requests; resolve the review or see the breach article.

A denied request costs nothing: no fee, no cooldown, no mark against the account. Fix the named check and submit again the same day if you like.

The dashboard previews every one of these checks before you submit — a request made from a green checklist is, in practice, an approval.
