Ladder competitions: how they work
Free entry, sim scoring, funded-account prizes, no rule exemptions.
Updated 2026-07-07
Ladders are free competitions for active accounts. Your comp trades are your real sim trades — there's no separate arena account and no entry fee.
- Entry — any account in evaluation or funded status qualifies. Join from the Compete page while a ladder is open.
- Scoring — net sim profit weighted by consistency; your best single day is capped in the formula, so one lucky session can't carry a board.
- Rules — the rulebook you bought is the rulebook you compete under. No boosted limits, no suspended drawdowns; a breach during a comp is still a breach.
- Prizes — funded accounts and reset credits, never cash lumps. Prize accounts pay out the same way every other account does: by trading well.
Boards and verification
Live boards update through the event; final boards are published permanently so results can always be checked after the fact. The same ladder engine powers creator-hosted cups — partners can run branded competitions on their own code, scored and verified by the same system.
Good to know
Prize accounts arrive with Rule-Lock like any purchased account — the rulebook version in force on award day governs them for life.
