Market data fees — included, with one exception
Non-professional CME data is in the price. Professionals, read on.
Updated 2026-07-02
Live CME Group data — real quotes, real depth — is included in every account's one-time price for non-professional users. There is no separate data subscription and no surprise invoice after checkout.
The one exception: professional status
Exchanges price data differently for professionals — roughly, anyone registered with a financial regulator, trading as a business function of a firm, or redistributing data. If that's you, exchange rules require professional data rates, which are billed at cost as a pass-through. We add no margin to it.
- Most individual traders — including full-time traders trading their own accounts — are non-professional. If you're unsure, you're almost certainly non-pro; email support and we'll walk the definition with you.
- Your data status is self-certified at signup and can be corrected any time without penalty.
- Third-party platform licenses (ATAS, Bookmap, Sierra Chart, etc.) are separate and between you and the vendor — see Platforms & Data.
Misclassifying as non-professional to dodge exchange fees is an exchange-rules problem, not just an us problem — certify accurately.
