The refund policy, in plain words

Untouched accounts refund; traded accounts don't. That's the policy.

An evaluation or Direct purchase is refundable in full within 48 hours of purchase if the account has zero fills. The moment the first order executes, the service you bought — a rules-tracked attempt on live data — has been delivered, and the fee is earned.

The lines, exactly

  • Refundable: untouched accounts within 48 hours; duplicate purchases caused by checkout errors; accounts we fail to provision.
  • Not refundable: any account with at least one fill; reset fees after the reset provisions; breached accounts (the attempt is the product).
  • Always made right at our cost: provisioning faults, billing errors, or data outages on our side — no debate, and time lost never counts against you.

How to request one

Email support@prop.localrootsstudio.com from your account email with the order ID. Qualifying refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (crypto refunds return to the sending address).

Heads up

Chargebacks filed instead of refund requests suspend the household's accounts while the dispute is open. Ask us first — the qualifying cases above are approved without argument.
