From checkout to first trade

The 30-second provisioning SLA and what to do if it slips.

Provisioning is automated and starts the moment your payment clears. The service-level target is 30 seconds from paid order to live account — you can watch the countdown on the checkout success page.

The sequence

  • Order confirmed — your receipt and account ID (UF-…) appear immediately.
  • Account provisioned — status flips from PROVISIONING to live in the dashboard, usually within 30 seconds.
  • Platform credentials issued — R|Trader Pro connects out of the box; third-party platforms connect with the same credentials.
  • First trade — objectives (target, floor, daily loss limit where applicable) are tracked live on the account card from your first fill.

If the account doesn't appear

A slipped SLA is rare and almost always resolves within a few minutes. Refresh the dashboard first. If the account still isn't visible after 10 minutes, email support@prop.localrootsstudio.com with your order ID — provisioning issues jump the queue, and time lost to a provisioning fault never counts against you.

Good to know

Direct accounts provision straight into funded status — there is no evaluation step to pass.
