What this firm is — and what it is not
Simulated accounts, real payouts, and why we say so on every page.
Updated 2026-07-08
We sell evaluations: simulated futures accounts running on live CME market data. Hit the published profit target without touching your loss floor and we provision a funded account on the same rules. Trade that well and you request payouts — real money, paid from company revenue as a business expense.
What we are not: a broker, a futures commission merchant, or an investment adviser. No customer deposits are traded in live markets, and no honest evaluation firm will tell you otherwise. Every account here — evaluation and funded — is simulated, and we print that on the homepage, in the rulebook, and in the footer of every page instead of burying it in a PDF.
The deal in one paragraph
You pay a one-time fee (for example $365 list for the 100K PRO, before coupons). You get a fully specified rulebook that is versioned, dated, and locked to your purchase under Rule-Lock. If the trading is there, the account funds, the split is 90 / 10, and payout requests are decided in minutes with no calendar windows.
Every number in this help center is generated from the same catalog that prices checkout — support articles cannot drift from the product.
